Zix agreed to extend a distribution agreement with Postini Inc., a unit of Internet search engine Google Inc..
The Dallas provider of email encryption and e-prescribing services said under the pact, originally dated December 2005, Postini packages Zix's email encryption service with Postini services and offers them to its customer base, according a Securities and Exchange Commission.
